Herd Digital Moves To New Liverpool City Centre Office

The Digital Marketing industry has recovered from the pandemic swiftly, with salaries continuing to grow and more opportunities on the market for candidates than ever before. Which has meant great things for Digital Recruitment! After a difficult few years (for everyone) during the pandemic, here at Herd Digital we’ve enjoyed the boom in digital recruitment.

Our team here at Herd has almost doubled in size in 2022. We’ve expanded our service offerings with new consultants in the German market, and are now recruiting in new and developing areas of digital marketing such as ‘Media Planning and Buying’.

This success has led to Herd outgrowing the old office, and we’ve successfully moved into our new, larger and shinier office within 14 Castle Street! This is just the initial step in Herd’s expansion plans.

But it represents exciting opportunities for the Liverpool based Digital Recruitment Agency, as well as for Liverpool itself with the job opportunities this move will create.

What The New Office Means For The Business

Herd Digital’s newly promoted Associate Director, Alexis Wilkie, had this to say about what the move represents for the business:

“I’ve worked in this industry for 10 years, and there’s never been a better time to be a digital marketing recruiter: More companies are hiring than ever before, clients are willing to pay higher fees (which means more commission for us recruiters), and lots of candidates are on the market looking for jobs, it’s the perfect storm.

We’ve had a record breaking year, and we’ve got plans to carry this on into next year! Which is why we’ve invested in a new office. We now have the space for more recruiters to join our team and help us deliver a quality and consistent service for our clients and candidates.

We want to attract ambitious people who want to have a career where they are rewarded for their hard work. In return we can offer them long term career progression opportunities and huge earning potential. And we’re based on Castle Street in the heart of Liverpool city centre. So there’s always plenty of opportunities for socialising, dinner and drinks after work!”

Herd has gone from strength to strength, with new team members joining the business to expand its recruitment efforts. These new additions to the Herd team include back office support staff to support the continuing development of its recruiters.

This new office represents Herd Digital’s continued commitment to the Liverpool area. With all of Herd’s new Recruitment Consultants being Liverpool locals or graduates of Liverpool universities, the new office represents job opportunities that will help to support the Liverpool local economy.

Digital Recruitment Consultant Job Opportunities In Liverpool

Something we’re always searching for here at Herd Digital, is determined and hard working Recruitment Consultants to join our team. It’s not a job for everyone, working in recruitment can be tough. But there’s a long list of benefits to consider:

  • As a recruiter you will change people’s lives for the better. To some people getting a new job is exciting, but it’s just a job. But to others, it’s something that can change their lives in a big way: And you play a huge part in it.
  • You’ll be in a career that rewards you financially for your hard work: The harder you work, the more you earn. And your earning potential is unlimited.
  • You will be rewarded for your hard work. In recruitment the more effort and hours you put in, the more you get paid.
  • And hard work is rewarded with incentives, directors lunches, nights out, and all-inclusive holidays. You’ll get to experience places you never would have thought of going, all paid for by the company.
  • And last but not least is the commission. The earning potential in recruitment is entirely dependent on you. We’ve seen recruitment consultants earning in the hundreds of thousands by only their third year of working in recruitment. Not something that’s possible in most other careers.

Not sure if a career in recruitment is right for you? We’ve written a behind-the-scenes piece on the reality of working in recruitment, that might give you some insight.
