What do you enjoy most about working at Herd?

The Commission and working environment. The fun office makes work much more enjoyable and easier to put in the time needed. Also being part of a young office.

What has been your most memorable/best experience here so far?

Hitting our incentive target and the whole team going to Ibiza!

What are you looking forward to in the future with Herd?

For me, it’s working towards my next promotion. I enjoy having a goal to work towards (and in the meantime hitting goals and making commission).

In what ways does Herd support your development?

Monthly 121’s help you realise the trends in your industry, but really the daily support from the founders and MD help. Not always in a formal way but even just being approachable and happy to offer advice when needed.
