This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-converting digital experiences, working from their vibrant office in Altrincham – soon to move to a brand-new workspace just 10 seconds from the tram station.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, iterate, and optimise high-converting landing pages and funnels using Figma
• Collaborate closely with performance and CRO teams to enhance UX and drive conversions
• Create clean, intuitive, and modern UI designs that elevate the user journey
• Work hand-in-hand with developers and creatives to bring concepts to life
• Thrive in a high-output environment where testing, learning, and launching happens quickly

Skills & Experience

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of UX best practices and user journey optimisation
• Excellent grasp of layout, hierarchy, spacing, typography, and UI design trends
• Experience designing for performance-led, conversion-focused environments (desirable)
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving team
• Sharp eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
