The agency works on a large portfolio of clients across eCommerce, retail, and fashion: And are looking for a Technical SEO Specialist to support the business in undertaking in-depth audits for the agency’s clients.

Technical SEO Specialist Role & Responsibilities

As the Technical SEO Specialist, you will be heavily involved in the technical SEO support of a portfolio of clients, by working closely with the content SEO team. Additionally, your role will include:

• Performing in-depth technical SEO audits that help to define the individually tailored SEO strategy for clients.
• Supporting the web dev team with website launches and migrations.
• Review client’s organic performance, offering recommendations based on your insight.
• Analyse and perform technical SEO fixes on the fly, when necessary.
• Support with new business development and new business pitches, by providing key insights to the SEO Managers etc.
• Overall, aim to drive the performance of client websites and act as a Technical SEO expert.

Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will be an active focus. You will have a personally tailored plan to help you progress to a Senior Technical SEO Specialist position and beyond. The company does ask that you have:

• 1+ years of hands-on SEO Experience.
• Experience in an agency environment is ideal, but not essential.
• Demonstrable experience driving SEO results.
• Strong experience with complex technical audits, dealing with status codes, crawl, indexability errors etc.
• Understanding of CMS platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce etc.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with the typical SEO systems and tools: GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc.
