About the Technical SEO Director Role

As the Technical SEO Director, you will take lead on SEO strategy, focusing on Technical SEO. You will work alongside the Head of SEO on SEO strategy in addition to overseeing the optimisations from the team for your clients. You will train and develop your junior members whilst also having opportunities to be hands-on when necessary.

• Work directly with the Head of SEO in creating and implementing SEO strategy for high-end clients
• Forecast, plan and create roadmaps
• Adhere to Core Web Vitals to maximize efficiency
• Analyse, recommend, and implement optimisations for clients
• Aid in pitching new business
• Contribute to blog posts and SEO testing
• Mentor, train and develop Junior SEO’s

• 4+ years of hands-on experience
• Keen attention to detail
• Confident client-facing skills
• Proficient communication skills
• Well equipped with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with the following: SEMrush/Screaming Frog/AhRefs/Majestic
• Global SEO experience (desirable)
• Understanding of collaborative channels: CRO/UX (desirable)
