Job Title: Teamlead SEA

Location: Berlin

Salary: €65,000

We’re currently hiring a Teamlead SEA in Berlin for a company with over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry. You will lead the Performance Marketing team from strength to strength and bring the company’s success story to the next level.

You’ll head up all Paid Search activity whilst also testing areas of development for new channels.

About the Teamlead SEA role

• Define and scale the company’s overarching performance marketing strategy globally to drive more efficient acquisition
• Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing activities across Search Engine Marketing
• Work with a mix of automated and manual bidding campaigns
• Work closely with business intelligence to develop a stronger set of performance marketing KPIs
• Develop reporting to colleagues and the VP of Marketing to demonstrate the value of paid media and the impact on key business metrics
• A/B testing
• Manage the full PPC budget

Skills & experience required for Teamlead SEA

• 3-4 years of experience in SEM
• In-depth experience of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Knowledge of other performance channels such as Paid Social, Email Marketing & SEO
• Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools for online channels
• Fluency in Excel
• Knowledge of Data Visualisation tools eg Tableau, Outbrain
• Data-driven marketer with an analytical mindset
• Fluent English
