Role Overview
As a Social Strategist (Senior Account Manager), you’ll be the key driver behind creating and implementing social strategies for a high-profile client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a data-driven approach to social media and a passion for translating insights into actionable strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary contact for the client, ensuring their goals are met and exceeded.
- Create innovative strategies tailored to client objectives, such as increasing ticket sales, affiliate revenue, and improving brand perception.
- Provide guidance and feedback on client-created content to enhance quality and maximise impact.
- Utilise platform-provided data to generate insights and present actionable recommendations to clients and creative teams.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
- Share knowledge and insights to improve the agency’s overall expertise in social strategy and analytics.
- Be ready to step in and assist with tasks outside your direct remit, maintaining a hands-on approach.
Skills & Experience
- Agency or client-side experience, ideally with a focus on sports or entertainment.
- Strong understanding of platform features, trends, updates, and analytics.
- A passion for interpreting data and translating it into actionable strategies and creative ideas.
- Proven ability to present metrics and campaign performance to clients and internal teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while staying on top of multiple projects.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends for events, with time off in lieu.
- A collaborative mindset, free of egos, with a hunger to learn and grow.
