Roles & Responsibilities
As a Social Media Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of social media strategy and delivery for a diverse client portfolio spanning B2B and B2C sectors. You’ll plan, create, and manage content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions – while building strong client relationships and contributing to new business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering social campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Creating high-quality, on-brand content across multiple social platforms.
- Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact.
- Monitoring social channels for engagement, trends, and reactive opportunities.
- Managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Reporting on performance, providing insights and data-led recommendations.
- Supporting new business pitches with creative ideas and social strategies.
- Staying ahead of social trends and platform developments to inform strategy.
- Editing short-form video content using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
Your Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in social media marketing (agency background preferred).
- Confident communicator with experience managing client relationships.
- Strong understanding of organic and paid social strategy.
- Excellent writing skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights.
- Experience using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or TikTok Ads.
- Knowledge of short-form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Highly organised, proactive, and passionate about social media trends.
