SEO Manager

Location: Germany – Remote or Hybrid. Business is based in Berlin.

Salary: €50,000 – €60,000

Languages: Native level German.

SEO Manager Role & Responsibilities

As SEO Manager you will work in a rounded SEO capacity, still remaining hands-on with the execution of your SEO strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Being hands on with the activation and management of day-to-day SEO, with support from the SEO executives in your team.
• Being involved in the creation and development of SEO strategy for the business.
• Manage SEO roadmap for the business, including on-site and off-site SEO.
• Oversee content creation of Junior SEO Managers to ensure quality.
• Conducting in-depth SEO audits to discover areas of improvement and optimise organic performance.
• Continual tracking, reporting, analysis, and optimisation of SEO performance.
• Direct team and line management of the Junior SEO Managers in your team.

Your Skills & Experience

The business if offering a long-term commitment to your growth, with training support in areas of your choice, a progression plan to a Senior SEO Manager position, and external development support. The business does ask that you have:

• Previous experience working at a SEO Manager level or as a Junior SEO Manager who is ready to step up to a SEO Manager role.
• Rounded previous SEO experience across Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO.
• Strong data analysis skills are essential, being able to use data to make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills, as you work closely with your team and with other departments across the business.
• Happy to remain hands-on with SEO when necessary.

As SEO Manager you will have the opportunity to work closely with and learn from your SEO Team Lead, in a collaborative and supportive environment. The business is passionate about offering development and progression opportunities that will help you to progress to a SEO Team Lead position.

While the business is based out of Berlin, this role is completely remote working in Germany. Although you may go in to the office should you choose.
