Roles & Responsibilities

As SEO Manager, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B, SaaS, and technology clients, owning their organic growth strategy from planning through to execution while working closely with internal specialists across content, development, and automation.

• Own relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted SEO partner across discovery calls, monthly check-ins, and strategy reviews
• Set clear agendas, produce structured follow-ups, and proactively communicate progress and insights
• Translate complex SEO strategies and AI-driven insights into clear, actionable recommendations for client stakeholders including C-level contacts
• Proactively identify opportunities, risks, and relevant industry trends for each client
• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits covering site architecture, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
• Guide clients through migrations, complex site builds, and international SEO challenges
• Use AI-enhanced workflows for content ideation, briefs, and optimisation
• Help build and refine internal automations for reporting, keyword analysis, and on-page improvements
• Experiment with emerging AI search features and apply insights directly to client strategies
• Own SEO roadmaps and KPIs, producing insight-led reporting that clearly demonstrates progress and ROI
• Collaborate with internal content, development, and automation teams to implement fixes and scale performance

Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, agency experience is essential
• Strong technical SEO expertise across audits, crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, comfortable building trust with C-level stakeholders
• Proactive, action-focused, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong project management and organisational skills, able to manage tasks and hold clients and internal teams accountable
• Genuinely curious about AI tools, search innovation, and automation
• Proficient in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
• Advanced familiarity with AI-assisted SEO tools
• Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to connect SEO performance to business impact
