Job Title: SEO Manager

Location: London (Hybrid – 2-3 days in the office)

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

This award-winning digital agency is growing quickly and making waves in the world of SEO, Analytics, and Experimentation. Known for partnering with some of the top media agencies in the UK, they deliver data-driven campaigns that generate real business impact. With recent client wins and ambitious expansion plans, the agency is now looking for a talented SEO Manager to join their dynamic and collaborative team.

Role & Responsibilities
As SEO Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of SEO strategies across a portfolio of 3–5 clients from a wide range of industries. You’ll work closely with the Head of SEO and fellow managers to drive performance, lead client relationships, and support junior team members.

Your role will involve:

  • Managing client accounts (50%) – including calls, QBRs, daily comms, and reporting
  • Hands-on SEO delivery (40%) – including content briefs, keyword research, audits, metadata, canonicals, internal linking, and landing page optimisation
  • Personal development and upskilling (10%) – including access to training, mentoring, and certifications
  • Planning and forecasting SEO strategy alongside senior leadership
  • Supporting and mentoring SEO Executives
  • Acting as the main day-to-day contact for clients, confidently presenting insights and recommendations

 

Your Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in SEO, ideally in an agency setting
  • Strong all-round knowledge of On-Page and Technical SEO
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and client-facing
  • Proven experience managing multiple accounts
  • Comfortable leading calls, presenting results, and building relationships
  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
  • Positive, proactive mindset with a drive to grow and improve
