Job Title: SEO Manager
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Bonus + Profit Share

A high-performing, award-winning SEO agency is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join its Enterprise team. Roles & Responsibilities
As SEO Manager, you’ll lead a team of SEO Executives and be responsible for strategy, performance, and delivery across a portfolio of high-value clients (£7k+ pcm retainers). You’ll work alongside the SEO Director and wider teams to drive SEO performance through technical excellence, content strategy, and innovation.
- Lead SEO strategy across 3–5 Enterprise-level client accounts
- Manage and mentor junior SEO team members, setting training plans and reviewing output
- Create and manage SEO roadmaps and 90-day sprint plans aligned with client KPIs
- Own the delivery and execution of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO campaigns
- Conduct audits, competitor analysis, and keyword research using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, GA4, and GSC
- Collaborate with client services to deliver excellent client experience and results
- Pitch new business alongside senior leadership, contributing to agency growth
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including AI and Social SEO opportunities
- Report on progress using CRM and data visualisation tools such as Google Data Studio
- Represent the agency with strong communication and presentation skills
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in an SEO agency environment
- Proven track record managing SEO campaigns for eCommerce and B2B clients
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
- Strong understanding of customer intent, journey mapping, and conversion-led SEO
- Advanced knowledge of SEO tools including Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Moz, Excel, GA4
- Site migration experience
- Strategic mindset with analytical thinking and data-led decision making
- Comfortable presenting to clients and internal stakeholders
- Highly organised, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects
