Roles & Responsibilities

• Create engaging, informative, and optimised content for a variety of clients.
• Write SEO-friendly titles, headings, and product copy to improve search rankings.
• Develop web content across platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, and WordPress.
• Produce product guides, service pages, and FAQs tailored to target audiences.
• Assist in internal content needs, such as Google Ads copy and marketing materials.
• Write email newsletters and LinkedIn content to support client and agency campaigns.
• Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices and client goals.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to enhance overall content strategy.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of content writing experience, ideally in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience working with CMS platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and WordPress.
• Ability to conduct keyword research and write compelling, audience-focused content.
• A passion for writing and a keen eye for detail.
