Due to continued successes and new business, an award-winning independent agency located in West Lancashire is looking for an SEO Account Manager to join their team. The agency works on a large portfolio of clients across eCommerce, retail, and fashion: Which you will have the opportunity to manage a variety of clients.

The business offers hybrid and flexible working, with only 2 – 3 days a week required in the company office in the Merseyside region.

SEO Account Manager Role & Responsibilities

As the SEO Account Manager, you will manage a varied portfolio of clients and support the development of a team of SEO executives. Additionally, your role will include:

• Manage of portfolio of clients.
• Support the SEO Executives with their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Work alongside Senior SEO Account Managers and SEO Directors on SEO strategy, planning, and forecasting.
• Work with the Technical SEO team on technical audits.
• Support with the development of SEO Executives.
• Reporting on SEO campaign performance to clients.
• Focus on on-page SEO Strategy and activation including keyword strategy and research, content strategy, link building.

Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will be an active focus. You will have a personally tailored plan to help you progress to a Senior SEO Account Manager position and beyond. The company does ask that you have:

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO Experience.
• Experience directly managing SEO accounts.
• Experience of working with retainers of £5,000+.
• Well-rounded and SEO content skills
• Strong client communication and relationship building skills.
• Experience with the typical SEO skills: GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc.
