Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 + Performance Bonus

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead SEO strategy across key client accounts, setting clear direction and ensuring exceptional delivery
- Support and mentor Account Managers to lead meetings with purpose, aligning client goals with data-driven insights
- Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients
- Guide clients through challenges with confidence and transparency, building long-term trust and value
- Provide hands-on leadership during high-pressure or high-impact moments
- Spot commercial opportunities and work with senior stakeholders to drive account growth
- Create a culture of continuous improvement and high standards across account management and SEO delivery
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in client services or account management
- Proven leadership ability, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
- Outstanding communication skills – written and verbal – with confidence in client-facing scenarios
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to simplify complexity and lead decision-making
- Commercially aware, with the ability to align SEO performance with broader business outcomes
- Calm and solutions-focused under pressure, with a motivating and collaborative approach
