Senior SEO Account Manager

Location: Bedfordshire – Hybrid and Flexible Working

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Bonus and Long-Term Incentives

Senior SEO Account Manager Role and Responsibilities

As the businesses new Senior SEO Account Manager, you will operate in a 360-account manager role, working across client management, team management, and rounded SEO optimisations and strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Taking the lead on client communications for the SEO accounts you work on.
• Work across technical, on-page and off-page SEO: With a focus on technical SEO.
• Work collaboratively with the client services team on new business acquisition and new client pitches.
• Overall SEO strategy including planning, forecasting, and optimisation for a wide range of clients.
• Team management of a small SEO team, supporting and leading them on their day-to-day work.
• Manage existing client relationships and, while providing high-level SEO results.

Your Skills and Experience

The business will support you to continue to grow and develop, with the opportunity to progress in your career to a Head of SEO position as the agency grows the SEO team. The business does ask that you have:

• 4 years of well-rounded SEO experience in an agency setting.
• Well-rounded SEO experience across on-page, technical SEO, and off-page.
• Experience with client management and relationship management.
• SEO Tool experience: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, AhRefs, SEMrush etc.
• Previous team management and development experience.
• Confident communications skills, as you work closely with other teams in the business and with clients.
