Job Title: Senior SEA Manager – Team Lead

Location: Berlin

Salary: €60,000

Our client is one of Europe’s leading D2C retailers for pet food and supplies. Operating in a dynamic and rapidly growing market, they are expanding further into 2022 and are searching for a Senior SEA Manager to bring along their expertise and take full ownership of Search campaigns. The company are experiencing a period of hypergrowth, meaning that this role will bring along many career development and progression opportunities for the right candidate.

About the Senior SEA Manager role

• Full responsibility for Search and Shopping Campaigns; from budgeting and forecasting to monitoring growth and reporting
• Frequent measurement, analysis and testing of campaigns
• Hands-on approach with SEM Campaigns (Google Search, Shopping, Display, Microsoft Ads)
• Tracking attribution
• Automating the SEA process
• Leading the SEA team and playing a key role in its’ expansion into new markets and the hiring process

Skills & experience required for the Senior SEA Manager

• You have at least 5 years of experience focused entirely on SEM
• You are a highly data driven individual; you can work with Feed Management tools and manage large datasets
• You are comfortable working with large monthly budgets
• You come from a solid e-commerce background
• Ideally, you are skilled in coding, preferably SQL or Python
