Job Title: Senior Programmatic Account Executive

Location: London / Hybrid / Remote

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000

Do you want to work without the red tape and micromanagement of a network agency? How does owning a portfolio of Programmatic accounts at a fast-growing independent agency, working with luxury brands, the likes of Gaucho, Jimmy Choo, and Clive Christian sound?


About the company

Due to continued growth and recent client acquisitions, the business is looking for a Senior Programmatic Account Executive to help establish and develop the effectiveness and breadth of their Programmatic offerings.

While based in Central London, working out of their trendy Shoreditch based office, flexible working is offered in terms of what hours you work and where you work.

What do you hate about your job? Can’t stand keyword research? No problem.

The company has recently acquired access to a brand-new network of thousands of digital freelancers. You will be provided an annual budget to spend on outsourcing the work that takes up too much of your time and frees you up to focus on what you enjoy, whether that’s passing your experience on to junior members of your team or working on new business pitches.


Senior Programmatic Account Executive Role & Responsibilities

As the Senior Programmatic Account Executive, you will work on Programmatic strategy and implementation. You will also be given the option to work with other disciplines like Paid Search and Paid Social to hone your skills across multiple channels and gain a variety of experience. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Owning an exciting portfolio of clients, confidently carrying out day-to-day responsibilities; ranging from media planning, DSP and tracking setup, analysis, and reporting on these outcomes to managers.
  • Establishing and developing white-glove programmatic services for luxury clients, using your knowledge of adtech platforms such as DSPs, Adservers and Analytics Platforms.
  • Being comfortable conversing with clients on how Programmatic Advertising can be used to best meet their needs.
  • Assisting in the management of a number of client account by delivering award-worthy work, while staying up to date on industry news and new technologies in the Programmatic industry.


Your Skills & Experience

  • As you join a fast-growing independent agency there is the opportunity for swift progression. The company does however ask that you have:
  • 1+ years of experience with programmatic display.
  • A highly analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency using Excel (LOOKUPs and PIVOTS).
  • Experience with Google Ads, SA360, Facebook and LinkedIn. (Desirable but not essential)

*Previous experience with programmatic advertising may have been as a Programmatic Account Executive, Programmatic Executive, Paid Media Executive, Paid Search Executive, Senior Paid Search Account Executive, Senior Paid Media Executive or something similar.
