Job Title: Senior PPC Manager
Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
Salary: £38,000 – £52,000

Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior PPC Manager, you’ll work across a varied portfolio of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, managing both strategy and execution. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own key client relationships while supporting the wider team.
- Lead on 3 core client accounts and support 2-3 additional projects
- Create and deliver data-driven Paid Media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and more
- Manage campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting with budgets ranging from £40k–£100k+
- Take ownership of weekly/monthly reporting and QBR presentations
- Contribute to training and mentoring of junior Paid Media team members
- Support in new business activity as the team scales
- Participate in internal initiatives and team culture building
Your Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to manage challenging stakeholders
- Proficient in Google Ads (including PMAX and Shopping), GA4, and Meta
- Experience working with both eCommerce and lead generation clients
- Ideally agency background, though open to in-house candidates managing multiple brands/stakeholders
- Comfortable feeding into new business activity (no formal presenting required)
- Proactive mindset with a passion for continued learning and team development
