Job Title: Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to €65,000

We’re hiring for an exciting, fast-paced D2C e-commerce start-up in the health food industry! They’re currently expanding across Europe, and are therefore hiring excellent people to continue with their growth and digital performance. We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take the lead on campaigns within the DACH region to manage their 6-digit monthly marketing budget across a variety of paid channels.

About the Senior Performance Marketing Manager role

• Taking full responsibility for the budget allocation across the performance marketing channels
• Strategic optimisation of key performance channels
• Working closely with the content & creative team to drive new campaign ideas
• Working with the BI team on reporting, analytics and attribution methods
• Based in Munich (Theresienwiese)

About You

• You have at least 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing channels with a focus on Paid Social (SEA, Display and Video are also ideal)
• You have a deep understanding of marketing KPIs and dealing with Google Analytics, Excel, Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads
• You gained extensive operational, tactical, and strategic knowledge of all major performance channels
• You are fluent in German & English
