Job Title: Senior Performance Manager

Location: Berlin

Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 (dependent on experience)

My client, an exciting international accessories brand is expanding their Performance Marketing team and is looking for a driven, motivated individual to become part of their success story in becoming industry leaders in sustainable e-commerce.

This is a really exciting time to be joining the team. As Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will become an integral part of the Performance Marketing team, taking responsibility for Paid Social channels and Email marketing campaigns

You will be part of the strategy, development, and execution of all Paid Social campaigns with a strong focus on Facebook and Instagram, making sure performance is met – from awareness to revenue.

About the role

• Ownership of all areas of Paid Social, focus on Facebook and Instagram.
• Managing customer database and segmentation, testing various customer acquisition strategies
• Analyse email marketing campaign results
• Share analytical insights for decision making support for key projects
• Collaborate with various teams inc. Brand, BI, IT, and Product

About you

• Minimum 4 years experience in performance marketing, ideally within the e-commerce space
• 2 years experience as a Data Analyst within Performance
• Extensive experience in optimising paid social (hands-on, operational and strategic)
• Proficiency in Excel, number crunching is your thing
• Strong analytical and statistical skills
• Understanding of brand marketing and an eye for design
