Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Berlin, Germany – Hybrid and Flexible working hours.

Salary: €50,000 – €60,000 + Discretional Bonus.

Languages: German, English, OR French Speaking.

A leading e-Commerce brand based out of Berlin is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join them in creating customer-oriented campaigns for their numerous e-Commerce business.

As the businesses newest Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will be focusing predominantly on Paid Social advertising, with some paid search. The agency is looking for someone who can speak German, French, or English to a native level.

Senior Performance Marketing Manager Role & Responsibilities

As Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the cross-channel performance of marketing campaigns on behalf of the business brands in the E-commerce, D2C and lifestyle brands industries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • You will have the opportunity to design, plan, and optimise campaigns for a variety of e-commerce brands.
  • Remaining hands-on with campaign strategy, campaign set-up, and optimisation.
  • You will be the go-to person for clients and participate in weekly reporting.
  • Carrying out regular A/B tests to improve performance based KPIs: Conversion rates, ROAS and CPO.
  • Supporting junior team members on occasion. This is, however, not a team lead position, and you will not have line management responsibilities.


Your Experience & Skills

You will have a personal career progression coach who will support your training and development into an expert in Performance Marketing. The agency does, however, ask that you have:

  • 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on Paid Social channels.
  • Strong experience working in e-commerce previously is essential.
  • German, French, OR English speaking to a native level.
  • Data and analytics experience, using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with ads managers such as Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Merchant Centre.
  • Experience working on multiple channels simultaneously across campaigns is ideal.
