An international e-learning platform are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join their established and experienced marketing team. The business aims to make e-learning as interactive and accessible as possible; and they are trusted globally by over 1.2 million students and parents.

As Senior Performance Marketing Manager you will join and help to develop their already strong paid marketing team. You will use your experience to help support the growth of the junior members of the team, while optimising and expanding their performance marketing efforts.

About the role

• Planning and ownership of budget and growth across search, display, video and paid social campaigns.
• Campaign analysis across each channel and devising new strategies to promote growth.
• Research of new methods, channels and tools for performance marketing.
• Implementing new ideas into the team and scaling these ideas.
• Mentoring junior colleagues in paid growth team.

About you

• Minimum 3 years hands on experience in Paid Media channels (search, social, display).
• Excellent track record in scaling and managing performance marketing.
• Experience managing minimum 6 figure monthly paid media budgets.
• Strong analytical skills.
• German B2 minimum, fluent in English.
