Location: Manchester (Hybrid, 2 days in office)
Salary: £45,000 – £65,000

Roles & Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Test creative, copy, audiences, and campaign structures to continuously improve performance.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency and protecting lead quality.
- Analyse performance daily, identifying trends and optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Paid Media Leads, Account Managers, and Creative teams.
- Brief and iterate on high-performing ad creative to drive stronger results.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and policy changes.
- Contribute to broader paid media strategy and performance discussions across the team.
Your Skills & Experience
- 3-4 years’ hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Proven track record scaling lead generation campaigns successfully.
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and attribution.
- Comfortable working deeply within performance data to inform decisions.
- Experience using analytics and attribution tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Hyros or similar).
- Proactive, test-and-learn mindset with a strong focus on performance outcomes.
