Job Title: Paid Social Manager (eCommerce – In-House)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £40,000 – £60,000

Role & Responsibilities

As a Paid Social Manager, responsibility will be taken for the development, execution, and scaling of full-funnel performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and beyond.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, founders, and an in-house creative team, this role will bring ideas to life quickly, test relentlessly, and push creative boundaries to deliver growth. It is a high-impact, hands-on role with a clear pathway to building and leading a performance team in the future.

  • Own the paid social strategy across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and TikTok Shop
  • Build and manage high-performing campaigns to drive traffic, acquisition, and revenue
  • Develop full funnel and retargeting strategies using a test-and-learn mindset
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce scroll-stopping, video-first creatives
  • Keep up with platform changes, trends, and competitor activity

 

Your Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience running Paid Social performance campaigns
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce funnels, paid social metrics, and attribution models
  • Proven track record of delivering strong ROAS in a DTC or product-based business
  • Comfortable working in-house with a high degree of autonomy
  • Knowledge of driving traffic to Amazon (bonus)
  • Confidence working with short-form video (bonus)
  • A creative eye and enthusiasm for collaborating with content teams (bonus)
