Job Title: Senior Paid Social Account Manager

Location: Shrewsbury (Hybrid)

Salary: £37,000 – £42,000

The Company

Are you ready to take your paid social expertise to the next level? Our client, a fast-growing digital agency founded by former Croud employees, is on the hunt for a Senior Paid Social Account Manager to be their first permanent marketing hire. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where your ideas and execution will make a real impact.

The agency has been growing rapidly thanks to new business wins and increased client demand. While they already have strong PPC capabilities, they now need a paid social specialist in-house. You’ll be the go-to expert, managing campaigns end-to-end while leading a small team of freelancers.

Role & Responsibilities

• Running hands-on paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and potentially Pinterest
• Managing 4-6 clients
• Coordinating and mentoring freelancers who help with activation and reporting
• Shaping paid social strategy and delivering measurable results for a range of clients, from plastic manufacturers to info security and retail brands

Your Skills & Experience

• Agency experience or have managed teams client-side
• Confident managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
• Looking to step up into a senior role, even if this is your first permanent marketing position
• Enjoy taking ownership, experimenting with new strategies, and delivering results
