Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid search campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax).
- Work with a range of B2B lead generation clients, with occasional eCommerce and multi-platform briefs.
- Manage relationships with clients via regular video calls – presenting results, offering strategic insights, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Analyse campaign data, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights in clear reports.
- Carry out in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid strategy development.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and social teams to align campaigns and enhance landing page performance.
- Occasionally support the sales team by assessing the viability of potential leads for paid media campaigns.
Skills & Experience
- 2.5 – 3+ years’ experience in a similar PPC role, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven track record in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and driving results for B2B lead generation campaigns.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is a bonus, but not essential.
- Strong understanding of campaign structuring, audience targeting, and conversion optimisation.
- Google Ads certifications.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, able to present insights clearly and build strong client relationships.
- A strategic thinker with a passion for PPC and a proactive approach to learning and development.
