Job Title: Senior Paid Media Manager (Paid Social–Led)

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 + generous bonus + profit share

The Company

Ready to step into a more senior, strategically influential paid media role?

This is a modern, forward-thinking business with a London HQ and a genuinely flexible hybrid model. While flexibility is built in, there is a strong emphasis on collaboration, time together in the office, and a supportive, high-performing culture.

At its core, this is a business built on autonomy, creativity, and trust — where people are empowered to do their best work. The environment is highly creative and commercially driven, with Paid Social and PPC campaigns developed across a portfolio of premium, luxury, and high-end consumer brands, where attention to detail, brand storytelling, and performance all carry equal weight.

Their commitment to employee wellbeing and progressive ways of working has earned them recognition as one of The Times Magazine’s “Top Workplaces for Culture and Innovation 2025.”

Culture is central here. Expect regular socials, immersive team experiences, and an annual international company trip to destinations such as Barcelona, New York, and Rome.

Performance is highly rewarded through a strong bonus structure and profit share scheme — meaning your impact is directly reflected in your earnings.
