Job Title: Senior Paid Media Manager

Location: London (Hybrid – 1 day/week in office)

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000

A multi award-winning boutique digital agency is looking to grow its Paid Media offering – and you could be leading the charge. With over a decade of success behind them, the agency has built a reputation for exceptional SEO, web development, and creative design services, and now wants to replicate that excellence across Paid Media.

Their vision? To become the go-to digital partner for SMEs across the UK. Known for being hands-on, expert-led, and performance-obsessed, they blend creative strategy with measurable impact – and they’re now investing in growing a Paid Media team that matches the calibre of their SEO operation.

 

Role & Responsibilities

You’ll report directly to the Head of Digital, managing a portfolio of Paid Media clients across B2B, B2C, PLCs, and start-ups. You’ll take full ownership of end-to-end campaign performance, across both Paid Search and Paid Social.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage client campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Deliver performance-focused campaigns aligned with KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the agency’s founders to support new business – including pre-sales audits, pitch decks, and proposal development.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, presenting performance insights and strategies with clarity and confidence.
  • Advise on creative and landing page optimisation alongside the SEO and design teams.

 

Your Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of Paid Media experience (ideally in an agency environment)
  • Hands-on expertise across both Paid Search and Paid Social (or strong Paid Search with the ambition to learn social)
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs and data analysis
  • Confident communicator – you’ll be leading client conversations and reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills (PIVOTs, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
  • Experience supporting or leading pre-sales efforts and creating proposals
  • Analytical, results-driven, and genuinely passionate about Paid Media
