An award-winning London-based marketing agency, this company has built a strong reputation over the past decade. Working with some of the UK’s most recognisable brands, the agency delivers innovative omnichannel marketing strategies across both digital and offline channels.
With ambitious plans to double in size by 2028, they are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to take ownership of paid media performance, driving lead generation campaigns across key platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up, testing, optimising, and analysing paid media campaigns.
- Managing campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Collaborating with a strong Client Services team that handles most client communications, allowing the Paid Media team to focus on performance.
- Developing paid media strategies to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
- Testing new campaign approaches, tracking performance, and making data-driven decisions.
- Taking part in team-wide collaboration and knowledge sharing, including team lunch on Wednesdays.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in paid media (flexible for the right candidate).
- Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience is required.
- Strong background in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Experience working in an agency environment is desirable but not essential.
- B2B marketing experience is a plus but not required (B2C candidates are welcome).
