Roles & Responsibilities
Paid Media plays a central role within the agency, and this position is ideal for someone analytical, curious, and eager to develop their expertise. The Senior Paid Media Executive will support Paid Media Account Managers in delivering best-in-class paid media activity across client accounts.
This role is open to specialists in PPC, Paid Social, or a combination of both.
- Support Paid Media Account Managers in the implementation and management of paid media tasks across client accounts.
- Execute day-to-day account optimisations to improve performance across PPC, Paid Social, or both.
- Conduct keyword and audience research, ad copy creation, bid optimisation, and campaign updates.
- Manage budgets, ensuring monthly spend aligns with client objectives.
- Analyse account performance and report findings to account managers, highlighting opportunities for growth.Review landing pages, targeting options, and tracking to ensure campaigns meet client expectations.
- Work with media suppliers and internal teams to stay up to date with platform developments and test new tactics.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for campaigns.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members when required.
Your Skills & Experience
- At least 12 months’ experience in Paid Search and/or Paid Social.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Confident using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A genuine passion for digital marketing and performance media.
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently and conducting self-led research.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Additional languages or basic JavaScript knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
