Job Title: Senior Paid Media Executive

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)

Salary: £33,000 + Bonus

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead paid media campaigns across PPC (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from activation to analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative media strategies.
• Assist with multi-channel marketing, including Programmatic and Above-the-Line (TV, OOH) campaigns.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in PPC and Paid Social (Google Ads & Meta Ads required).
• Previous experience in a digital agency environment is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and client interaction.
• Programmatic experience is a plus.
