Roles & Responsibilities

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage paid search and paid social campaigns, working closely with clients and the wider team to drive real results. Unlike bigger agencies, you won’t be juggling an unmanageable number of accounts. You’ll have the time and space to optimise campaigns properly.

You’ll also get the chance to mentor junior team members and contribute to strategy, giving you a clear path to progression.

If you’re strong in paid search but want to develop your paid social skills, this is a great place to do it. And if you’re already managing both but want better balance, more ownership, and a team that values quality over quantity, this could be the move you need.

 

Skills & Experience

  • At least a year of agency experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns, or deep PPC expertise with a willingness to learn social.
  • Client-facing confidence – you’ll be involved in meetings, strategy, and performance discussions.
  • Strong analytical skills – Excel (PIVOT tables and LOOKUPs) is a must.
  • An independent mindset – this is a small agency, so they need someone who can take ownership of their work.
