Job Title: Senior Paid Media Executive

Location: London – Hybrid and Flexible Working

Salary:  £33,000 + Generous Bonus


The Company

Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, an award-winning agency that specialises in ecommerce, based in Central London ,are looking for a Senior Paid Media Executive to join and become an integral part of their Paid Media team.

The agency specialises in ecommerce, meaning you’ll  have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the strongest performance focused Paid Media professionals in the UK.

The agency has a huge focus on progression, with their Head of Client Services and Paid Social Director having started as Account Executives at the agency. Meaning you have the opportunity for rapid progression to a Paid Media Manager position.

While the business is based out of their modern Central London, they work in a hybrid and flexible working environment: The agency wants to work with you, and you will be supported to work how is best for you.


Senior Paid Media Executive Role & Responsibilities

As the Senior Paid Media Executive, you will be hands-on with the activation and optimisation of Paid Media Ads and campaigns. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Working with the Paid Media Managers to manage campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social. You will also have the opportunity for exposure to Programmatic advertising.
  • Work on performance focused campaigns.
  • Being heavily involved in the activation of PPC and Paid Social campaigns for clients.
  • Analysis of ongoing campaigns to optimise performance, including A/B testing.
  • Working proactively to develop your own skillset.
  • Collaborate with other digital marketing departments within the agency.
  • Work on technical strategy, with the support for your manager.


Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will not just be encouraged, but an active focus. You will have a personally tailored plan of formal training to continue your development into a Paid Media expert.

  • 1+ Years Paid Media experience working in an agency setting.
  • Experience running PPC ads is essential.
  • Experience running Paid Social and programmatic ads is desirable, but not essential.
  • Google Analytics (in particular GA4) experience is desirable.
  • Experience with Excel: Pivot tables, Vlookups etc.
  • A relevant degree: Business, Marketing, Maths etc.
