Job Title: Senior Paid Media Consultant

Location: Paris (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Salary: £70,000 + Bonus (~15% performance-based)

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Paid Media Consultant, you will:

  • Lead paid search, paid social, and display consulting projects, advising on strategy and implementation.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis and audits of clients’ ad accounts to assess digital maturity and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide forecasting and data modelling, presenting different performance scenarios.
  • Oversee and deliver test-and-learn roadmaps, collaborating with agencies and internal teams.
  • Work closely with private equity investors and senior executives, advising on paid media strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, ensuring clients receive cutting-edge insights.
  • Support business development, contributing to proposals, marketing materials, and internal knowledge sharing.

 

Skills & Experience

  • 4-5+ years’ experience in paid media (agency, in-house, or consulting).
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics (experience with Microsoft Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with forecasting, data analysis, and performance modelling.
  • Experience advising senior stakeholders and working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, able to clearly convey strategies and analysis.
  • Fluent in French and English (essential for this role).
  • Numerical degree (e.g. Maths, Engineering, Physics, Data Science, Finance, Accounting).
