Job Title: Senior Email Marketing Manager

Location: Berlin

Salary: Up to €60,000

My client has over 20 years of experience in the gaming industry and is currently hiring a Senior Email Marketing Manager to define and implement new CRM strategies and platforms into the company.

The role will play a key part in the company’s growth; so they are therefore searching for a motivated, analytical team player who will define and execute direct marketing campaigns in line with the company’s key message and branding.

Daily Tasks

• Defining and executing direct marketing campaigns
• Designing and implementing targeted email and in-product messaging campaigns for diverse cohorts
• Tracking metrics for your marketing tools/programs and activities in order to gain insights and optimize the funnel
• Designing user stories
• Own and build scalable email programs in support of ongoing campaigns as well as email nurture programs
• Developing campaign ideas to support email, social media, digital ad, and other customer touchpoints

Required experience for the Senior Email Marketing Manager

• 3+ years of experience as Email Marketing/CRM Specialist
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Email Marketing Performance Metrics / KPIs, lead nurturing, marketing automation as well as web analytics
• Proven experience with CRM and Email Marketing tools
• Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends
• You are tech-savvy and feel comfortable learning new programs/tools
• Hands-on mentality
• Outstanding communication and writing skills as well as high attention to detail
• Project management experiences, especially implementing new tools and working closely with developers
• Solid understanding of HTML and SQL, some programming skills in Python or JavaScript would be a big plus
• Fluent in German and English
