Role & Responsibilities
This Senior Client Executive role sits within the client services team and is focused on supporting the day-to-day management and delivery of digital marketing campaigns. Working closely with Client Managers and senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.
- Supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts across Paid Social, PPC, and Programmatic
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, helping build strong and trusted relationships
- Coordinating with internal planning, activation, and reporting teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Assisting with campaign set-up, optimisation processes, and performance reporting
- Preparing insights, reports, and presentations for client meetings and reviews
- Supporting campaign planning and identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives
Skills & Experience
- At least 1 years’ experience in a digital or media agency environment
- Strong understanding of digital media channels such as Paid Social, PPC, and Programmatic
- Experience supporting or managing client accounts and campaigns
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with both clients and internal teams
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, dependable, and keen to progress within client services
- Experience within an independent agency is advantageous but not essential
