Job Title: Senior Account Manager (Organic Social)

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)

Salary: £40,000 – £48,000

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of social strategies and always-on programmes for some of the agency’s largest and most complex clients. You’ll manage day-to-day communication, ensure smooth internal workflows, and support the Account Director in driving best-in-class output.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily client communication, strengthening relationships, and supporting growth opportunities.
  • Implementing strong ways of working across accounts, briefing, comms processes, timelines, and team coordination.
  • Reviewing content to ensure it aligns with client objectives and the broader social strategy.
  • Partnering with Strategy to articulate results, insights, and performance impact.
  • Coordinating influencer and creator activity in collaboration with Social Media Managers and the Studio team.
  • Acting as a People Lead for an Account Manager, supporting their development.
  • Helping shape and maintain a positive, collaborative team culture.

 

Your Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in social media (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, clear, confident, and calm under pressure.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and fast-moving content.
  • Genuine interest in social platforms, brand building, and digital culture.
  • Pride in delivering exceptional work with strong attention to detail.
  • Ambition and drive to grow within a rapidly evolving industry.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute positively to team culture.
