Role Overview

As an SEA Manager, you’ll take ownership of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns, managing large budgets and delivering impactful results for clients. Working collaboratively with consultants and strategists, you will focus on brand awareness and lead generation campaigns. This role provides a mix of autonomy and teamwork, ideal for a driven marketer keen to refine their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across various industries.
  • Manage a portfolio of 3-5 clients with budgets reaching seven figures.
  • Analyse performance data, create detailed reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with client services and strategists to ensure campaign success.
  • Contribute to workshops and training sessions to develop your expertise.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Native-level German speaker, able to write ad copy without review.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Google Ads; knowledge of Social Ads is a bonus.
  • Eager to learn and grow within the performance marketing space.
  • Strong integrity, a sharp mind, and ambition to develop new skills.
