Roles & Responsibilities

As PPC Director, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end paid media campaigns, with a focus on B2B and lead generation clients. You’ll be part of a growing performance team and play a key role in campaign delivery, strategy, and optimisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead PPC strategy, execution, and reporting for a portfolio of B2B and B2C lead generation clients.
  • Collaborate with client services, creative, and wider marketing teams to shape integrated campaigns and deliver measurable business results.
  • Analyse data and insights to optimise performance, drive innovation, and influence departmental strategy, processes, and best practices.
  • Support, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering growth within the department and representing the team in client meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and technologies in performance marketing to ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge.

 

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in PPC or performance marketing (agency experience preferred), with strong expertise in B2B and lead generation campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, campaign optimisation, GA4, Google Tag Manager, A/B testing, and attribution models; exposure to Paid Social a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead strategy, analyse performance data, influence departmental processes, and mentor junior team members.
  • Confident communicator with a data-driven approach, capable of presenting insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
