Job Title: Performance Marketing Team Lead

Salary: €72,000

We are currently searching on behalf of our client, a fitness and nutrition brand based in Berlin, for an enthusiastic Performance Marketing Teamlead to lead upon the brand’s overall Performance Marketing strategy and drive growth with the focus on customer acquisition.

The successful candidate will take on and support an already skilled team of Online Marketing Specialists for their headquarters in Berlin-Mitte.

About the Performance Marketing Team Lead role

• Manage and support your team of 3 Online Marketing specialists; owning the complete paid media strategy and reporting directly to the Managing Director
• As team lead, you will make decisions on the expansion and further development of the department;
• Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings with your team members to discuss strategic decisions on Google Ads, Social Ads, Native, CRM, Conversion Optimisation, and SEO
• Keep track of all performance channels, analyse cross-channel customer journeys
• Collaborate with Creative Team; making decisions on branding and A/B testing for visuals
• Monitor Shopify account with your team member
• Regular reporting to Managing Director

About you

• You have a minimum of 5 years experience in Performance Marketing, ideally from a Paid Social background
• You are experienced in leadership and ideally, already have several direct-reports
• You have experience in the eCommerce/FMCG area
• You are fluent/native level German
