Job Title: Paid Social Specialist

Location: Berlin

Salary: €35,000

I am currently searching on behalf of my client, a fitness and nutrition brand based in Berlin, for an enthusiastic Paid Social Specialist to assist with the brand’s overall Performance Marketing strategy and drive growth with the focus on customer acquisition.

The Role

• Set-up, running, and optimisation of campaigns in Facebook & Instagram
• Testing new channels and socials
• Assisting the wider Online Marketing Team with the overall Performance Marketing strategy
• Working closely with the content & creative team
• Working with a large monthly budget to be increased as performance improves

About You

• You have experience in setting up, running, and optimising campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager
• Ideally, you have experience in Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest & Twitter.
• You are a team-player, working with colleagues across marketing, content, and design to improve performance
• You have experience working with D2C brands e.g Fashion, Retail, Sports, FMCG etc.
• Fluent German (C2)
