Role & Responsibilities
As Paid Social Manager, you’ll split your time between campaign activation and client strategy across a portfolio of B2B clients:
- Lead paid social campaigns (approx. 80% LinkedIn focus) alongside some PPC activity (20%).
- Balance hands-on campaign setup, testing, and optimisation with strategic planning and performance recommendations.
- Work closely with clients to develop and execute demand generation strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Collaborate with client services colleagues to ensure client communications are smooth and effective, while you focus on performance delivery.
- Manage budgets ranging from £5k to £50k monthly across 3–4 clients.
Your Skills & Experience
- Agency background with a strong focus on B2B marketing.
- Proven track record in Paid Social, particularly LinkedIn Ads, for lead generation campaigns.
- Confident in both performance delivery and client-facing strategy.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to test, optimise, and adapt campaigns.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar paid media role (flexible on exact level if you can hit the ground running).
