Location: London (Hybrid, 3-4 days per week in office)

The Paid Media team is playing an increasingly influential role in shaping the agency’s future, with a strong emphasis on proactive performance and client strategy over reporting-heavy tasks. Role & Responsibilities

As Paid Social Manager, you’ll split your time between campaign activation and client strategy across a portfolio of B2B clients:

  • Lead paid social campaigns (approx. 80% LinkedIn focus) alongside some PPC activity (20%).
  • Balance hands-on campaign setup, testing, and optimisation with strategic planning and performance recommendations.
  • Work closely with clients to develop and execute demand generation strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Collaborate with client services colleagues to ensure client communications are smooth and effective, while you focus on performance delivery.
  • Manage budgets ranging from £5k to £50k monthly across 3–4 clients.

 

Your Skills & Experience

  • Agency background with a strong focus on B2B marketing.
  • Proven track record in Paid Social, particularly LinkedIn Ads, for lead generation campaigns.
  • Confident in both performance delivery and client-facing strategy.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to test, optimise, and adapt campaigns.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar paid media role (flexible on exact level if you can hit the ground running).
