Location: London/ Hybrid

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

Due to continued successes and growth, the agency is looking for a Paid Social Account Manager to oversee one or more of the businesses industry-dominating clients, as they continue to expand their Paid Social & Biddable services.

Paid Social Account Manager Role & Responsibilities

As the Paid Social Account Manager, you will take leadership of one or more client accounts, offering expertise on a wide variety of social platforms. Additionally, your role will include:

  • Provide support to the Paid Social Account Director in ad hoc responsibilities, who in turn will support and guide your own work.
  • Work closely with Account Directors to plan campaign strategies, providing valuable insight based on your experience of testing platform performance.
  • Support the work of the junior members of your team, using your skills and experience in Paid Social to guide Account Executives.
  • Stay up to date with platform and industry changes, updating strategies in line with your analysis and observations.


Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will not just be encouraged, but an active focus. You will have a personally tailored plan of formal training and clearly defined career progression as you work towards an Account Director position. The company does ask that you have:

  • Experience working with the wide range of Paid Social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and LinkedIn Ads. (Experience with all is not essential, but an understanding of is).
  • Experience working on branding and performance-based client accounts.
  • A proven understanding of social strategy and tactics.
  • Strong Excel skills, with an analytical mindset.
  • Knowledge of other marketing disciplines and how they work collaboratively would be advantageous.
