Paid Social Account Director

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

Location: London/ Hybrid

About The Company

Due to continued client wins and exciting growth plans, an independent, award-winning full-service digital agency is looking for a Paid Social Account Director to join their Central London based team.

This role also comes with real opportunities for progression, even for an Account Director position, as the current Head of Paid Social started as an Executive at the agency.

Paid Social Account Director Role & Responsibilities

As the Paid Social Account Director, you will lead a performance marketing team who concentrate on all Digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of channels and projects as you oversee the delivery of strategic leadership and tactical brand growth.

Additionally, your role will include:

  • Working closely with senior clients, to grow existing client accounts.
  • Being heavily involved in new business pitches and client wins.
  • Remaining hands-on with execution when necessary.
  • Oversee the work of a team of account managers, as you set them clear objectives and cerate development plans for the team.
  • Act as the account lead on one of the agencies most valuable client accounts.

 

Your Skills & Experience

Your professional development will not just be encouraged, but an active focus. You will have the autonomy and support to work how best suits you, as you grow the team underneath you. The company does ask that you have:

  • 3+ years’ experience working on Paid Social campaigns.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Experience working across multiple paid social platforms such as: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok etc.
  • Experience working on biddable campaigns is ideal, but not essential.
