As part of its growth strategy, the company is now hiring its first in-house Paid Media Specialist to lead and develop its paid advertising offering.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
- Manage a portfolio of clients across eCommerce and B2B, working with a total paid media budget of £20k per month.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists, content creators, and designers to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
- Lead client communications, presenting campaign strategies, updates, and performance reports.
- Track key performance indicators (ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPA) and implement data-driven optimisation strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
- Support the development of the paid media function, shaping best practices and processes for future team expansion.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Paid Media, ideally in an agency environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Performance Max (PMAX).
- Experience with SA360, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Confident communicator with experience managing client relationships.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
