Job Title: Paid Media Specialist
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 DOE

This London-based start-up is on a mission to help scale and support UK SMEs, venture-backed tech companies, and high-growth start-ups. The company is passionate about supporting professional services sectors including Finance, Legal, SaaS, Tech, and Manufacturing.
With a compact but growing team headquartered in London and supported by international operations, the business is now looking to build a centralised Paid Media team in-house to drive performance and fuel continued growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-funnel Paid Media role, ideal for someone with strong PPC experience who’s ready to take ownership of performance campaigns across the group’s brands. The role includes:
- Developing, implementing, and managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple accounts.
- Owning the full campaign lifecycle – from strategy and planning through to activation and reporting.
- Collaborating closely with the Growth/Marketing Manager on media plans and integrated marketing goals.
- Conducting detailed campaign performance analysis and presenting actionable insights.
- Managing budgets (typically £20-25k/month) with a keen eye on ROI and performance efficiency.
- Staying across industry trends, testing new approaches, and implementing innovative paid media strategies.
- Occasional exposure to Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta) with opportunities to upskill in these areas.
This role does not include line management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on with performance and strategy.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of Google Ads experience.
- Preferably from an agency background, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation.
- Experience managing paid media budgets between £20-25k/month.
- Exposure to LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads is a bonus.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to confidently present campaign results.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
- A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
