As it continues to scale across new international markets and digital verticals, the business is now looking to hire a Paid Media Manager to drive performance across Paid Social and Paid Search channels.
Roles & Responsibilities
As Paid Media Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering best-in-class digital campaigns across multiple high-profile brands. Sitting within a collaborative and high-performing marketing team, this role offers a rare opportunity to work with significant budgets, creative autonomy, and direct exposure to senior stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the planning, activation, and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.), alongside PPC and others
- Developing data-driven strategies to acquire new customers and increase ROI
- Collaborating closely with creative teams to provide strategic input on messaging, visual direction, and content innovation
- Owning campaign performance reporting, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders, and influencing high-level commercial decisions
- Driving channel growth by proactively exploring new paid media opportunities and staying ahead of platform changes and trends
- This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll have significant responsibility and the autonomy to test, learn, and scale across multiple digital brands
Your Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience running Paid Social (desirable) or PPC campaigns
- Proven track record of delivering measurable performance improvements through testing and optimisation
- Highly collaborative, with experience working alongside creative teams to guide content strategy and execution
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to balance strategy and day-to-day activation
