- Owning client communications, reporting, and performance reviews, including senior stakeholder management
- Identifying growth opportunities and proactively recommending strategic improvements
- Overseeing campaign activation across PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic, with hands-on involvement where required
- Collaborating closely with activation and analytics teams to ensure best-in-class campaign execution
- Managing budgets, forecasting performance, and ensuring campaigns are delivered within agreed objectives
- Presenting insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations in a clear and compelling way

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Highly organised, commercially aware, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ambition to progress further
- Experience within an independent agency is advantageous but not essential

- Competitive salary plus a very generous performance-based bonus, designed to reward strong performance and contribution
- Flexible hybrid working, offering a healthy balance between office collaboration and remote work
- Generous annual leave plus public holidays, encouraging proper time off and work–life balance
- Clear progression and development opportunities within a growing independent agency
- Ongoing training, upskilling, and platform certifications to support your professional growth
- Health and wellbeing support, with initiatives focused on mental and physical wellbeing
