Paid Media Manager – #3549586

Job Title: Paid Media Manager

Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £40,000 + very generous performance-based bonus

The Company

Are you ready to step into a more strategic, client-facing paid media role within a well-established, independent agency? Do you enjoy taking ownership of accounts, shaping performance strategy, and building meaningful client partnerships?

With over 10 years of experience in the market, this data-driven digital agency blends strategic thinking, modern marketing expertise, and smart technology to deliver effective, insight-led campaigns for a diverse range of clients. Known for its strong client relationships and high-quality delivery, the agency continues to grow and is now looking for a talented Paid Media Manager to play a key role in driving performance and client success.

You’ll join a close-knit, ambitious team that values initiative, clear communication, and strong partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity to take greater ownership of accounts, lead strategy across multi-channel paid media campaigns, and further develop your career within a supportive, independent business.

The Role

This Paid Media Manager role sits within the client services and performance team, with a strong emphasis on PPC and multi-channel paid media strategy. You will take ownership of client relationships, lead campaign strategy, and ensure performance objectives are consistently met and exceeded.

While there is a strategic and client-facing focus, the role also includes hands-on involvement in campaign activation and optimisation, particularly across PPC.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the strategic direction and performance planning for multi-channel paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on PPC
  • Acting as the senior point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted, and consultative relationships
  • Owning client communications, reporting, and performance reviews, including senior stakeholder management
  • Identifying growth opportunities and proactively recommending strategic improvements
  • Overseeing campaign activation across PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic, with hands-on involvement where required
  • Collaborating closely with activation and analytics teams to ensure best-in-class campaign execution
  • Managing budgets, forecasting performance, and ensuring campaigns are delivered within agreed objectives
  • Presenting insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations in a clear and compelling way

What They’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years’ experience in a digital or media agency environment
  • Strong expertise in PPC, with broader exposure to Paid Social and/or Programmatic
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and leading performance conversations
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and presenting strategic recommendations
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Highly organised, commercially aware, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ambition to progress further
  • Experience within an independent agency is advantageous but not essential

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary plus a very generous performance-based bonus, designed to reward strong performance and contribution
  • Flexible hybrid working, offering a healthy balance between office collaboration and remote work
  • Generous annual leave plus public holidays, encouraging proper time off and work–life balance
  • Clear progression and development opportunities within a growing independent agency
  • Ongoing training, upskilling, and platform certifications to support your professional growth
  • Health and wellbeing support, with initiatives focused on mental and physical wellbeing
  • Regular team socials and agency events, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
  • Pension scheme to support your long-term future
