With an ambitious growth plan and a vibrant London hub, the business is now bringing paid media and email marketing fully in-house and is looking for someone to take complete ownership of these performance channels.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise all paid media activity across Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
- Drive the email marketing strategy, including CRM planning and automated lifecycle journeys.
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and analysts to execute and refine campaigns.
- Own testing, experimentation, and performance reporting across all channels.
- Influence landing page changes, messaging updates, and creative direction.
- Play a key role in scaling the marketing function, with the opportunity to build and lead your own team as the business grows.
Your Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years’ hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads with budgets of £10k+ per month.
- Strong analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Enjoy working in person as part of a creative, fast-moving team.
